To satisfy the changing technologies used at agricultural sites and market demands, we are supporting professional and innovative farmers by providing training for each item and level, from basic skills to expert farming technologies.
We are cultivating new knowledge-based cutting-edge farmers with systematic and specialized training courses to foster future agricultural professionals who will Lead sustainable development in agriculture and rural areas. Through preliminary demand surveys, we are developing professional agriculturaL CEOs by holding various training courses such as basic farming skills , field training , agricultural college , ICT agricultural information technology and agricultural machinery.

Farmers' Organizations Leading the Vitalization of Farm Villages

We are encouraging the activities of the 4-H Gangwon Club, Korean Rural Leaders’ Central Association, Life Improvement Society, and farmers’ research groups by item to make them key agents in leading changes in regional agriculture and rural areas to infuse vitality into farm villages.
Agricultural Research & Extension Services is developing farmer groups that act as partners in promoting rural development projects and plays a leading role in vitalizing local communities. We are acting as a regionalleader by fostering youth and student 4-H members as creative future generations, and cooperating with rural leaders who support the activities of successor famers and the Life Improvement Society, which is leading the vitality of rural communities by preserving agriculture, environment, and culture.
